what a day.. ''-_-
I muz say I'd led an eventful day today.. hahax.. Went to do my FYP in the morning only to find my supervisor missing from his desk.. At first I thought he was having meeting so I didnt dare to call him.. After a while, I decided to give him a call becoz 一止等也不是办法.. So I called, and he picked up.. Later the day, I found out he wasnt in a meeting, he was having breakfast... '''-_- A heavy one some more..
Anywayz, I was happily making my first sample of the day when two ppl came in (with my supervisor) and asked if I could let them use the machine for a while..
I was like "wah biangz, thankz ah, I'm juz making my first sample lor".. For obvious reasons, I didnt say all those la.. Instead, I acted friendly and said "Fine fine, you all can use it anytime!" My supervisor then asked me to finish up the first one first before those 2 ppl take over.. And so I did..
Oh well, it turned out that those ppl are my saviours of the day.. Somehow, I forgotten to on the power switches for the deposition part of the machine!!! In short, it means that I'd 白做 my first sample.. It also means that I could have spoil something in the machine which will cause trouble to my supervisor to change the spoilt part and I will waste more substrates, thus more money etc etc.. The moral of the story is never to shun ppl away, you'll never know how they can help u later in ur life.. haha.. *lame* Haiz.. Becoz of my "sotong-ness", my trust index from my supervisor dropped drastically when he finally said this fatal statement...........
Supervisor aka "Yang meh meh": Later when they'd finished with their sample, and before you start doing yours, inform me and I'll double check for you......

I really need to buck up to gain back my credibility.. hahax~
That's not all though.. The 2 ppl I mentioned earlier stayed at the machine for almost half an hour.. So I was inside and gradually we started chatting and stuff.. Apparently, one of them knows ren coz they're under the same scholarship company.. hahax.. Wat a small world this is~ It turned out that those 2 ppl are quite nice to chat with (esp. these days when I had to do the proj and eat lunch alone..) After they left, it was already abt 12.10pm.. And I still had 12 samples to make!!!! Argh~ I skipped lunch of course, but my darling supervisor decided to buy me a China 点心 and a cup of soyabean drink.. hahax.. How 贴心！It turned out that I stayed at DSI until 7 plus today.. ''''-_-
As I was about to take the shuttle bus, I called ren and realised that he was at my house's carpark, thinking to SURPRISE me with his presence and go dine out with me.. To HIS surprise, I was still at NUS.. haha.. *really dunno who surprise who sia~* End up he had to drive back AYE to pick me up from NUS.. lalala.. Life is so much full of surprises.. When we reached Redhill market and was hunting wat to eat for dinner, I saw my tuition kid and her whole family!!! Obviously, the whole family saw me and ren together.. I cannot remember if we did hold hands anot.. argh!!!
I think I'll have faint heart sooner or later if these "surprises" keep showing up in front of me..
