Unfair Dae..
Went for the tech comm meeting today at NLB.. Supposed to do the final report le coz week 10 gotta hand in.. The work for the final report was splitted to each of the member by T.. Kinda.. It turned out that I'll be doing on the intro, conclusion and abstract.. pj doing on the literature review.. xq and T will do the interview and survey results and interpretion.. Honestly speaking, I really think that pj have alot of things to do for the review whilst xq's and T's load is not that heavy.. So I suggested that xq and T to help out pj on the research for the lit. review.. xq readily agreed on helping but T didnt.. '-_- omg.. For the research part, I'd brought some info to the meeting today coz I'd thought they would wan to do some discussion on that.. It ended up that the rest didnt bring anything at all! '-_-.. Then nvm, I passed those info to pj since she'll need them anyway.. As I passed the info to her, T was like "Hey! Why dun u do the lit review and exchange the job with pj since u'd done the research?!" Of course, I said "NO!".. At that time I was thinking "wtf! I'd done the research, done the proposal draft and all those hellish editings, going to do the intro+conclusion+abstract, and I think I'd contributed enough for this project.." I agreed that pj didnt contribute much up to now.. But letting her do all those work alone on the lit. review is UNFAIR! I think we should do our part by helping her.. I'd given her the research I'd done, xq agreed to help her on the specs processing part, yet T didnt offer any help.. And seriously I think T's survey interpretation and results thingy was a crap.. A crap as in it doesnt require much of her time since it was a ONLINE survey.. All she has to do was to do a pie chart and write craps on the results.. I admit she did editings for the proposal.. BUT SO DID I! And wat I hate most is people INSTRUCT me to do things.. Not that I'm not co-operative or trying to be difficult.. But I think she should use a better tone when she wans certain ppl to do certain stuff..
